This is one of the best car washes I’ve been to. Very good customer service, up-to-date technology, equipment, and good quality washes you’ll get here. They also offer a lot of discounts and perks here so you’ll definitely be satisfied coming here for your wash days.

So far so good. I like the fact that all of their equipment works and the soap is abundant during the wash. Other locations I’ve experienced unmaintained equipment and they’re cheap on the cleaning agents. I also enjoy the simple touchscreen payment. It’s simple and user friendly. I bought the unlimited package. So today when there’s a huge line waiting to get washed, I pull up to the VIP/ Members only lane and cut through the entire line in seconds. Downfall is the person that dries your car off. They really don’t make much of an effort to actually wipe off the car. Other than that, I enjoy this wash area.

ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK My daughter took our car through the car wash in May, 2024. The car was in perfect condition with no damage prior to entering. When she exited, one of the people drying the car off saw this damage and brought it to her attention. Long story short, the owner said the car must have had a "weakness" before it entered the car wash. He aggressively spoke to my daughter and me (She FaceTimed me), insisting it was our fault since it only happened to our car and no one else's cars that day. Obviously something in the car wash got stuck and pulled the bumper off. I have a family member who used to work there under the prior ownership and said this does happen from time to time. The new owner, Vick, did nothing but blame us and our car. My husband went back in person a few days later to try to discuss a resolution with him and he again became agitated and aggressive and said it's not his fault. He offered no resolution other than giving us free car washes in the amount that we would have to pay to repair the car. He didn't even refund the price of the car wash after this occurred! Obviously we aren't going to take our cars through the car wash again if we know this type of damage is possible and that we will be responsible for it. Bottom line, a simple car wash has now caused $1300 worth of damage plus the cost of a rental while it was repaired. I've talked to other people who had similar incidents occur at other car washes and the owners made it right and paid for the repairs. I understand sometimes things like happen. Be aware that this owner will NOT stand behind his service and you are entering at your own risk and expense when you use North Penn Car Wash.

I would come here sometimes to wash my car (without a membership) at first. I decided to sign up for the Graphene Gleam wash. Now my car is Shmowzow** all the time because I come here a lot. Thank you for providing an above the standard car wash in the area my Rad4 appreciates being squeaky gleam. ** Adventure Time reference for those who know.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Zoom Car Wash. Unfortunately, it was the worst car wash I have ever been to. The service was poorly executed, and the quality of the wash was unacceptable. To make matters worse, the staff seemed unprofessional. For the price I paid, I expected at least a basic level of attention to detail and customer service, but it was severely lacking. I would not recommend this car wash to anyone. A significant improvement in both service quality and staff training is needed before I would even consider returning.
