I had the misfortune of stopping at 3 Steps Full Service Gas Station and was appalled by the sheer incompetence of their staff. Not only did they fail to fill up my tank, but when I returned to confront them about the issue, they refused to provide a refund or even complete the original service! The attendant, who appeared to be under the influence, seemed completely disinterested in resolving the situation. The lack of professionalism and customer care is staggering. I was left with a half-empty tank and a sour taste in my mouth. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT waste your time or money at this dump. The name "Full Service" is a joke - they can't even get that right. Take your business (and your gas-guzzling vehicle) elsewhere!

I have had a problem with my car for months! It finally broke down and I had to have it towed here. Prior to this, I had 3 different mechanics diagnosed it with 3 different problems. Recently finding out this business was Christian owned, I decided to have them check it out. Waited and prayed about it. ALEX not only fixed the mystery problem that no one else could, gave me an AMAZING deal, was quick in his repairs, was honest and customer service is out of this world. I'm not taking my car anywhere else from now on. UPDATE !!!! I TAKE THAT BACK. CAR HASNT BEEN RUNNING RIGHT SINCE. TOOK TO 3 OTHER MECHANICS. AXEL IS STILL BROKEN. I was told it was fixed. This was the repair. I'm sooo disappointed. I was so happy that I was given a gesture of kindness. Come to find out I was misled.
