If I could give this place a 0 star rating I would! I went in and purchased 3mg Twist liquid, I get out to my car, open it and notice that it expired 03/24… it’s 08/24. I then went back in and asked if I could exchange for another package, well after looking through 8 other flavors/boxes… they were all expired. Some even expired 01/24! I then just asked for a refund, the girl at the counter had to call someone else to come from the Valero across the street. The guy came and was rude off the bat and acted like I was lying. He then double checked all the boxes I check and surprise surprise they were all expired. He then came over to the register and him and the girl were trying to figure out how to refund to my card. After 10 minutes he told me that the machine was “broken” ( more like they didn’t know how to do it). He then told me I could pick a different brand and I said no I wanted a refund. He stated he could not give me cash refund . I stated that was unacceptable and he said he would give me two disposable bales for free, um no I want my refund like I said. Meanwhile he is still on the phone with another guy telling him what to do. I then had to bring it to another level that he either give me a cash refund or I call the police. Just like that the guy on the phone told him something and magically he popped open the register and gave me my refund. I don’t see why that was so damn hard ? The girl was nice the whole time and really tried to help resolve it but once that guy came it just went downhill fast. I will never go back! Beware of expired products! They never took any of the expired ones off the shelves that I looked at!
