I had a terrible experience at the gas station tonight. I was trying to be proactive and fill up my gas since the price was at 2.69. I asked if there was tap or Apple Pay and was told no, very quick and dismissively. I know sometimes if you go inside to the register it will go through so I double checked and asked can I use it inside and this time got yelled at and met with rudeness. I responded telling this attendant to fix their attitude and left. I understand it’s cold however I think the energy I was met with was unnecessary. Unfortunate to have experienced that from this new 7/11.

The place is very nice. I finally went here for the first time, but unfortunately, when I went to get gas, they are full service and I pulled up and the current employee that is working right now. He just stopped there and didn’t come up to me once to pump my gas, but he did go to other people’s their gas. I went inside to see if they would take Apple Pay they did which wasn’t a problem. The cashier inside was amazing but when I came back out the person pumping the gas still had to come up to me to try to pump my gas so I had to do everything myself, even though they are full service. As I drove off, the worker looked at me and proceeded to go pump someone else’s gas

The staff deliberately turned off the tap in the bathroom, fearing that customers would make a mess with water. If you want to wash your hands, you can only do so next to the coffee machine, making it impossible to wash your face! this is the first time I've encountered a gas station that doesn't allow you to wash your face! This place is supposed to provide convenience for customers, but the staff is terrible—management is needed! Not allowing customers to use the wash basin to wash their face is something I've never seen before
