Today morning at 7:15 am, there was no attendant at pump and at all four pumps customers are fueling by themselves, and after 7-8 mins attendant came from across the street coffee shop… and when I told him he supposed to be here for customers, he said, he doesn’t care, he wanted his coffee. I really request owner to get rid of such worker who doesn’t want to work and just needs free money, and who doesn't care about customers and their time, because eventually, owner will lose the business.

Customer service from the guy the thinks his cool with his sunglasses was one of the worst I ever experienced today. He literally told me to leave the gas station because of how nasty he treated me. His probably used to treating women liked that.. (his lucky I didn’t tell my husband) If you’re that miserable pumping gas, get different job!

Been in NJ many years and had my fair and share of gas attendants. Never expect much, as most are just going through the motions. Today however I met a young man Scott who was pumping gas so honorably, that I just have to give him a shout! He was attentive to all cars, greeted everyone respectfully, even made small talk! I had to ask for his name and congratulate him for being the absolute best attendant I have even seen!

Attendant was rude and inattentive. I waited in a 4 car line only to get to the pump and he demand the I choose something other than regular. When I refused he made me rejoin the line, with a 3 car wait in front of me. He did not let me go on the empty side for cars with tanks on the right side. He made me exit the gas station and U-turn on the main road. When I finally got to the pump he started directing the people behind me to go to the pumps meant for people with right side tanks even tho they had left side tanks and he took that customer before myself. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
