BJ's Gas Station

The most poorly run gas station around. Management cares about their store inside, not the gas station or its customer. Yes, prices are one of the best around (Outside of Costco - Better quality fuel, cheaper prices), but don’t tell me the price isn’t priced in to our membership’s. 7:00pm on a Monday night, they have every pump closed but two. And only one right side pump open. Many days the lines are outside the door, with people leaving, due to not wanting to wait 30-40 min just to get gas. Avoid at all costs, unless your sanity is worth less than 30-40 cents per gallon.

The absolute worst design I've ever seen in the history of construction. The curbed island 20 feet in front of the pumps makes absolutely no sense. Makes all of the cars funnel into one little opening, making it impossible to allow cars to line up at the pumps. They also restricted the pump hoses from reaching the opposite side of the vehicle. The pump attendant told me this is because BJs doesn't want the liability of scratching someone's vehicle with the rubber hose. As of late, more than half the pumps are inoperable, which just adds fuel to the asinine fire. Horrible design. Horrible efficiency. How did this ever get approved?

This gas station ⛽️ was staffed when it first opened, then totally neglected in this area. Even if they had all the attendants, the vehicles can only enter through two ways. The line is backed up into the parking lot and blocking parked vehicles. People are honking. Bjs needs to figure this out fast or they will lose all their customers. I gave this three stars because the station is clean and the attendants are wonderful (especially when they have to listen to the customers complain about the wait and other issues all day).

Whenever I pull up here, they are very unhelpful. It was very frustrating for me. I pulled up with my Tesla, and they didn't figure out how to fully fill it up. We'll definitely not be coming back here again. In the future to recharge my tesla, they claim to have cheaper rates yet they can't even figure out how to fill up my tesla

Attendants are incredibly nice and work to the best of their ability. Several pumps are always closed, there’s never enough attendants, and they won’t allow you to use the hose on the opposite side of the car. The attendants state that it’s not them but BJ’s policy even though my car is small enough to fit without having to stretch the hose. This is just another reason as to why jersey needs to catch up with the rest of the country and allow us to pump our own gas.
