While I love saving money, and BJ’s is a great place to shop with great deals on many items I hate to have to say that the opening time for the gas station is a sham false advertisement. I’ve been here since 6:30 AM with their information online says that they should be open. It is now 6:45 AM. And not a person in sight here ! as I would drive to another place to get gas but unfortunately my wife prefers for me to buy this gas so let’s see what time they actually open up!! Waiting..,,,,,waiting……waiting…….waiting…….and waiting and a no show I wait for 45 minutes! Time I can’t get back what a waste!

The gas is cheaper but they have this station severely under staffed. I was waiting in line for over 20 minutes not knowing a person in front made a mistake and went to a pump that was closed. They guy opened it up for that car and told me no and I had to exit after he put the cone back after letting the car in. Wound up leaving because I couldn’t wait another 20 minutes. Please staff the fuel court better because I understand it wasn’t his fault because he was alone on the court. However, I can’t believe I had to leave. Unless you’re coming in the middle of the day when everyone is at work, then you will want to expect a wait time of 15 minutes or more for gas. Unfair to the people who pay for this membership and for the gas attendants that are overwhelmed.

Always busy so if going make sure you’re aware of lines (certain hours) it’s been here for a while now. Attendant(s) are working hard to assist all. If you use you bjs Mastercard you get $.15 off gallon. Very clean.

Why don't they hire more staff? It's a popular gas station in the area especially within a mall location...decency would appear if 1 person didn't handle all 135 pumps...just settling for their great price regardless, though.

Bjs gas here at the willowbrook mall deserves a 0.How can you be so brain dead and have 4 out of 12 pumps open? You have 20+ cars waiting that is then blocking willowbrook blvd?! Where is the common sense/logic behind this? This is completely outrageous that we pay a monthly membership just to sit in a line that blocks traffic for 25+ minutes? Get some help and hire humans who have common sense.
