Popped my tire this morning and took my car over to them. Not only were they very friendly, but they were also able to fix my tire fast, and the pricing was great as well. Definitely will be taking my car to them more often. Great work, guys. You don't see this kind of service now adays!

I will never recommend or take my vehicle back to Bob's Gulf!!!!.He was referred to me by my dentist, also a friend that lives in Conshy, and I assume he was reliable and honest I had state inspection done on my 2008 GMC ENVOY,on November only for Bob to tell me I need a whole new exhaust system I had recently had some work done prior to this by a reputable mechanic, but later moved at a distance.Bob ordered the part before I even had a chance to tell him I would think about it.Long story short he put the part on with labor costing over$1300.00 And had the nerve to tell me your lucky it didn't cost more than that!!! Decided to get a second opinion and took the long drive to my auto mechanic that moved.and he told me was nothing wrong with my exhaust system prior to bob working on it but he found his work to be shoddy.The gasket had blown and I needed larger screws to secure the part took back twice April 1,2024 and then was scheduled yesterday and decided against it because I felt he did nothing the first time and got tired of the back and forth ookie doke from him!!! Will consult my lawyer on this. He had lost my business

Bob Wilson's Gulf is a fantastic service station! Bob saved me $700 compared to what the local Infiniti dealer wanted to replace a rusting lateral support bracket under the front of my 2009 Infiniti G37X. I bought the part/bolts online and brought them to Bob. He replaced the bracket, changed my oil/filter, and did the annual emissions/inspection all within an hour. I'm never taking my car to the Infiniti dealer again!

My family has been customers at this location for years, and my most recent experience is a perfect example of why that is. After taking my car to 2 separate shops over the span of a month couldn't fix my problem. After 1 day at Bob's my problem was fixed for a fraction of the cost of where I went before. I've learned my lesson for sure. Thanks guys!

Absolutely fantastic experience coming here 3 years running for auto inspection. This year I also got a new tire, rotation and oil changed and I couldn’t be happier with the quick service and extremely reasonable pricing. No experience with anyone trying to upsell me on products. Highly recommend.
