Customer Feedback

While BP aims to provide excellent service, some customers have shared their experiences:

  • A customer reported an issue with the pump automatically switching fuel grades without notification, leading to a mix of fuels in their tank. This was resolved after complaining to station staff.
  • Another customer highlighted concerns about rude staff and poor customer service during a simple task like drying their vehicle before refueling.

These feedback points serve as reminders that while BP offers convenient services, there is room for improvement in ensuring consistent quality and friendliness from all staff members. I have refueled here on numerous occasions and have washed my vehicle at the self-serve car wash as well over the years. As I stopped in today, my favorite pump had another vehicle using it so I decided to go to another one. Horrible mistake. I went to Pump 8 on the end, that has the 87/89/93 and Diesel. I tapped my card, pressed 93 and began fueling. Moments later, I glanced at the pump, and it was on 87! I know what I pressed, and my car is tuned/DME remapped specifically for 93...why the hell would I purposely pump 87!? I immediately stopped, took a photo, and ended the transaction to go complain after 3.5 gallons were already dispensed. I went to the attendants booth, and no one was to be found for almost 10 minutes. An older "gentleman" then appeared, reviewed my reciept and the pump information on his kiosk, and accused me of pressing 87. Needless to say, he obviously reset the pump, and when I attempted to recreate this issue, it did not happen the second time. I now have an off ratio of 87 and 93 in my tank, thanks to the failed input at the pump and lack of accountability of this BP station. - 0/5 ⭐️'s

I used to wash my truck here on a monthly basis for about two years. The man behind the counter is extremely rude and I do not like his attitude. As of today, I will not be returning. After washing my truck, I took it to one of the gas pumps. I decided to quickly dry off my vehicle before refueling. Something that should have taken roughly five minutes was too much of a bother for this man. Not only did this man not know the definition of the word “refueling”, he told me to “get my gas and go”. There was absolutely no urgent need for me to leave my pump — it was a slow Sunday. The lot was nearly empty. I will not be taking my money back here and I suggest you to do the same.

Very rude! A female staff at this gas station doesn't know what full tank means, and can't even tell the difference between prepaid receipts and final receipts. I've filled up my gas here twice, and she always giving the wrong receipt when you ask, and the machine receipt not working, which is a waste of time, and she's very unwilling to give it to her, which is a hassle. When you go to the window to pay for gas, the female staff is very arrogant and lazy, unwilling to provide service or charge, and lets customers go to the pump to operate it by themselves. I've never encountered such a bad gas station, it's unbelievable, the words to customers are very rude, and I wasted time asking for receipts many times, but this employee threatened me and said that she didn't want to see me at this gas station again. Didn't this female employee receive any qualified training before she started working? Her operation is not professional and unreasonable to customers! Such unqualified employees should not continue to work in this state, I will definitely complain!

May 2 at 11:26 at night the person who works at the pump tried to steal my money back when I tried to pay for a bottle of water with a 10 dollar bill. Later he knew that I noticed and gave me the change the money, be very careful with that person when paying

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had at BP gas station, located at 166-15 Horace Harding Expy, Queens, NY 11365. I went to this gas station to fill gas in my car and pay in cash because their cash rates are slightly less than credit/debit card charge. Unfortunately, my visit left me quite disappointed due to the refusal to accept cash as a form of payment and the unpleasant customer service I encountered at the hands of the Supervisor/Employee (sitting in cabin, I recall his name was Farouqui OLD LOOKING). As per New York State Law I have the option to pay for gas with cash, and I was taken aback when the above-mentioned employee/supervisor informed me that cash payments were not accepted, and I must pay a higher rate for the gas which is charged for credit/debit card customers. Furthermore, I was surprised by the rudeness exhibited by the above-mentioned supervisor when I inquired about the cash policy. The tone and demeanor of this employee were unprofessional and left me feeling unwelcome.
