I cannot express my appreciation enough to Junior he is a luxury car specialist, not just a mechanic. He knows right away what’s wrong and is honest about what repairs need to be done. Another shop put an axle from a Honda into my BMW. My husband took it many places and no one could fix it. but they are real professionals. He did the inspection and also fixed the tire I had a nail in. I asked him to check something under the hood also and there wasn’t one compliant from him of his workers. I am so happy the other place I went to before turned me away. I will be coming here for whatever for my 535i, I was told they specialize in beamers. I know that’s true because he finished everything in less than 20 mins. THANKS AGAIN!!! See you soon. AND EVERYONE THAT COMES HERE — DONT FORGET TO TIP YOUR MECHANIC!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've had nothing more then great experiences in the shop. He was to the point and very sufficient. I will continue to use them and they are open on Saturdays.

On Sunday January 8th around 10:30 - 10:45am i drove in to get gas. i walked inside the store and saw the cashier sitting at the register watching tv on his phone. already the cashier looked extremely annoyed that i walked inside to pay for gas. i was using quarters to make a payment for gas and was handing the cashier less then 10 dollars in change. the cashier looked at me and said in a rude manor “its not his job to count change”. extremely confused by this remark i told him “aren’t you the cashier who else is going to count the money i gave you?” he proceeded on telling me to count the change in front of him or i can get out in a very rude and belittling tone. he made it very clear that my money i gave him is not good enough for him to count it .me not having a choice because i needed gas i started to count the change on his counter and as i was counting the change this man said something underneath his breath most likely being an insult. i’m not sure what the owner is paying that employee for. and if that was the owner then absolutely disgusting customer service. i lived in college point for 14 years that was by far the worst interaction i had to get gas. i recommend to stay away from that gas station. i already told my neighbors and family about it. and i hope more people know. there are plenty of gas stations in college point with decent cashier’s who will not belittle you or make you feel bad for using quarters. as a community we should work to make sure businesses like that don’t last.

Brought my Car to get the coolant leak fixed and a new account compressor. They fixed the leak and change the compressor which worked good., then they swindled me into fixing a ton of other stuff which they opened the can of worms to by opening the timing chain cover. $1200 was my Total bill. Fine I leave and drive home and less than 1/3 of a mile it starts to make a ticking noise. I call he says bring it back, a month goes by they can’t seem To figure it out which I already knew what the problem was. It jumped timing which was confirmed by another mechanic who works here. I dish out more money and 2 months go by with me constantly harassing them. They call me and say it’s fixed. I leave and it’s still has a similar problem, which now I come back and am told it’s the engine and I need a new one. Surprisingly everything was good before they touched the timing chain stuff!. I agree to a new engine and pay more money, a week goes by and he can’t get another engine so they agree to fix it. Months go by again totaling 5 months before I have it back again. I start it and let it run, I rev it and it seems good. Me being so aggravated and annoyed I didn’t test drive it and sold the car. 2 days later I get a i phone call from the buyer and the motor Is giving him problem. I refund the full amount and Bring the car back. He then tells me He will not touch the car and will refund me $300 which is absurd. Do not go here for any work othe than something extremely simple. Crooks are not the word and now I have to go through a process of getting money back and my car is still not drivable. They are inexperience and do not guarantee work. I only brought it back so many times because they were responsible for the damage caused.

These guys are crooks, they have a huge sign in front of the store for Synthetic Oil Change for $59.99, but would not honor it, and asked for $89.99 instead. They are saying they don't run the promotion any more, and sign has been there over a year.
