If I could leave a zero, that’s what I would give. The mechanic Eli talks way too much and is rude as hell. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have received in my life. Also, he can’t do something as simple as change the oil without messing it up. After, taking 45 minutes to change my oil because he would stop what he was doing to have long conversations with everyone that walked in or called on the phone, he forgets to calibrate my oil life back to 100%, I had to remind him. Before that happened, when I politely asked him if he could please finish my oil change that it was taking way too long and I was getting cold and had to leave, he begins to insult me and said things like I am wasting his time changing my oil, when he could be doing repairs in another persons car worth hundreds. He insulted me and told me to leave and never come back. Something is wrong with Eli, he is crazy and dangerous. If you read any good reviews on here, those are lies from people that know him (or maybe it’s him). I am warning EVERYONE to avoid coming here to do any repairs. Eli is confrontational, extremely disrespectful and a lousy mechanic. If you want to avoid any problems for yourself, DO NOT COME HERE. It can erupt into a fight. I am a female, but trust me, a male would never have tolerated his abusive behavior without a physical fight. This used to be a great service station with the previous owners and mechanic, what a shame it’s been replaced with garbage.

Eli is amazing. only guy in the area with integrity, and he used to teach mechanics that's how much he knows about cars. I asked him why I leak oil and he listed 5 possible causes in detail, and in a friendly and instructive way, and didn't start in on a hard sale. Look into his eyes, you will want him to be your mechanic, and your dad.

When I seen the review about the Big time Money 💰 guy($600.00 -$1000), I was there at that time, and all Eli said was don't block the exit of the Station. That guy was the one being RUDE. Asked Eli if this what he deals with daily. Eli said you have no idea of the nonsense he has to put up with. The way this jerk was talking, I would been going to jail 😒. Respect is a TWO way street. Eli keep being you. I'm going to call you about that review, if you haven't seen it yet.

Eli is a great person and mechanic. Met him just a few months ago and he has become my ‘go to’ guy for oil changes and repairs.
