The black dude was at the pump refused to put gas on my car he was too busy on his phone I don’t mind doing it by my self as I always do but the way he talk it’s very disrespectful

A very rude, small man who couldn't speak English very well came out of the back area of the store yelling at me. I assume he was the Manager. Very poor employee service and training. I get all my gas from BP for over a decade. I'll never go back to this one ever and may switch brands of gas all together.

Do not use your credit card at their pump! We had an employee pocket our credit card (on Christmas Eve no less) in front of us and then he told us we 'lost it'; magically when we said we'd have to call the police, it was found by him in the trash that we already checked.. Disgraceful.
