Went in tonight to get food and use bathroom. The man behind the counter was yelling since I couldn't understand his broken English, basically kicked me out. Since I'm peeing on myself I'm staying cool but from now on I will no longer buy anything there. THERE IN AN OTHER GAS STATION NEARBY WITH MORE OPTIONS. 11:06PM. 12/06/24

I added money for self car wash, then there was no soap in machine, There was no sign that machine doesn’t have soap, when i talk to cashier for refund, he said he can't do anything, i asked why they didn’t put sign that machine is out of service, he locked me in store because i took store picture. I need to complain to 311 As well,

The convenient store in the gas station had Arizona Ice Tea for .99 however the man behind the counter said it was $1.28 and refused to sell it to us for the price stated on the can (.99). It’s not the price that bothers me, it’s the principle and his attitude. I work in customer service and his way of speaking to us was demeaning. I will not go back to that station.

Terrible service I only had my debit card to pay for what i needed i was refused entry in to the store ... I have been let inside by every other employee but the Tall African American man told me he wouldn't open the doors until 8am so I left went to the neighbor bp gas station for service came back that way and I saw a woman in the store purchasing with her debit card I was appalled. I then confronted him and said it's not 8am but you have someone else in the store , he then shrug his shoulders and replied "So what I know her, I dont know you" mind you I work next door and I've been coming to the station every day that I work before he even started working there. I then told him businesses aren't open only to people you know that isn't right . This is just my first move I wont rest until he gets fired DISCRIMINATION AT ITS FINEST

I had a terrible experience in this BP gas station for the first time since I have started working right next to them. There is African American man with braids is extremely rude. He doesn't know how to speak to his customers. He threatens customers to calling the cops if they don't leave the store. I never had any problem with any the workers in this gas station until he made a little situation a big deal. He shouldn't be working in this place or any other. He Needs To Get Fire! NGASF!
