do not go to this gas station!! we gave him 10$ cash to give us 2 gallons. the machine went to $10. when we turned the car back on there was still no gas in the car. they are scamming you if you pay cash. they do not give you gas and make you pay.

Service is awful. I have at one point waited over 20 minutes for gas because instead of servicing cars, and moving on the employees hang around and do nothing while lines pile down 35. What really ended my visits here was on my morning commute, it was around 545 and I was in a rush but needed gas and couldn't make it to my preferred station. I kid you not, I waited FIFTEEN MINUTES for someone to come and fill my tank. It was five in the morning, I was the only car there. They only decided to come fill my tank when a few other cars came. Screw that, I have places to be and other less expensive gas stations with better service to give my hard earned cash to. Oh and another time, my friend asked for $10 worth of gas, and he paid with a twenty and the guy walked away. He had to get out and chase him down because he didn't give him his change!! The man insisted he gave him a ten, but my friend argued and he finally admitted to LITERALLY STEALING HIS CHANGE. I will not be back unless you start charging pennies for gas. With the highest prices in Middletown, you don't get to have poor service and good business. IMO.

I've been using this station for years, because it's convenient. However, Several years ago, my wife went to fill up our F350 Diesel, and they put in, Regular fuel.....they handled it, but a few years later, I had to replace 6 injectors, at several thousand dollars on that truck, and they failed many years premature. They have gone through many different personnel changes, specifically in the early 4:30am. I leave at this time of day for work, to avoid traffic, and gas stations at that time of day, are scarce. I pay via company gas card, that requires an id, 6 numbers, over the last 2 years, 2 to 3 times a week, I need to repeat that number, 2 or 3 times, each time...saying it slower and louder. I've sat there up to 15 minutes waiting for the pumper to get out of the bathroom. If you are going to open, be open, and if you have attendants that are required to speak to you, to get information, things like, Unleaded, Regular, Premium, Diesel and numbers 1 through 10 in English. Last, put the phone down while taking my money, if you can barely understand the above English, talking to someone else while I'm having to repeat myself to complete my transaction, is rude.

It's a good fueling station, they are very attentive, there prices are very competitive. They are fairly courteous considering where they came from. The only drawback here is there set in the middle of a 50 plus mile per hour highway, with the northbound side having a blind side to it.

I asked for $20 regular. The attendant pumped $30 worth. Luckily I had the cash. I did see $30.00 on the pump so I paid the man. I drove away. I noticed that my gas gauge did not go up. I thought maybe my gauge in my old car finally kicked the bucket. I got gas at another gas station and the gauge went up. I went back to this BP station and they refused to give me my money back, or the gas I had paid for but not received. I asked if I could simply leave a note for a manager or owner to get back to me, they refused the note. I am out $30. And a place to stop for gas, forever. And you should be too. Avoid this gas station at all costs.
