I just went to get gas. I've been coming here for years. I have a Bp rewards card that always saved me 15 cents. Today I did not get that discount. There were no signs lit that said bp anymore. Is this station not bp anymore? If it's not, I'm very upset

Always have to go inside to pay. Major inconvenience. Can not put phone number in at pump for BPme reward. Wants you to insert your reward card. Who has a card?

This gas station has a problem with their debit and/or credit card system. I tried to use 3 different credit cards and it says "see cashier" at the pump. The employee came outside to throw away the garbage and said to try a different card, but I told him I was already on my third one. He turned around and ignored me and kept saying try another one. I eventually tried to go inside to pay with card inside, he said the system inside is also down and jammed/not working. He kept saying pay me with cash. It sounded like they take the credit card system/network down intentionally so customers can be forced to pay cash. He said the system has been like that for days. Avoid this place, waste of time.

They will not accept your BP rewards when paying cash and not tell you untill after they swipe your card and lock it up for an hour. They also will not ask you if you would like to use the rewards If you are using credit. They quickly cancel it out and keep going and get mad when you question them. I'm sorry if I have rewards that means I'm using your fuel. Im giving you money instead of goin somewhere else. If you dont want to participate in the program don't accept the rewards card at all.
