This review is about SERVICE CENTER- This place is under new management. I was told multiple time that they provide good service and give us try when I was refueling gas. I usually service at the dealership, but No idea, why I agreed to give a shot. I put my Camry XSE for 80000 miles routine service. Reed- one of owner called me that "my car need immediate attention" and was told that they need to change rotors and brake pads of the car. I agreed blindly as it was safety concern. Later that day, My wife told me that she got All 4 brake pads and rotors changed at 63400 Miles service. So, we only had 17000 additional miles on new rotors. So when I went to pick up my car-I asked Reed about the lifespan of break pads & rotors and he told me that it is around 50,000-60,000 miles depending on the car. When I showed him my previous invoice from dealership and asked why did you then changed my new rotors after 17000 miles???? He didn't expect me showing my 64000 miles service invoice as a proof. I also had the invoice of 74000 miles service showing brake lining were 9 and 8 mm(good health of break pads). He was at the beginning speechless and then try to justify that some cars needs rotor change at 20,000-30,000 miles, He like to change the things before it start giving customer problem.... etc. I was like you told me it need "Immediate Attention", not that it is little worn off , but it is optional to change. Same rotors lasted 64000 miles before I had to change , now you are telling me that they worn off in 17,000 miles??? I knew he is not honest at that point. I asked to give my old rotors and brake pads, so I can see and he told me that they already discarded them and not available any more. I wanted to give business to local shop, but I felt I got cheated and slammed with $1188.00 bill. I learned my lesson. I am gonna stay with my dealership. That is first and last business with this place. If you want to go local service center then please find other good honest center.Most of the people don't have much mechanical expertise about car and we rely on the honesty of the car mechanic. I caught this as I like to keep all the invoices of my services.

The lady there has been nothing but rude to me for the past two years since I’ve been there for no reason. I won’t come back here again.

This lady told me go pump the gas myself because she was eating her food idk who she thought she was talking to but never in my life should I have to pump my own gas whoever the owner is please reach out to me I have a picture of your worker eating instead of coming out to pump gas
