bp gas station is located at 534 Cranbury Rd, East Brunswick, NJ 08816, serving local users within the 'Nearby Gas Stations' category. You can contact them at (732) 390-2810 or +1 732-390-2810.

Based on customer reviews, this bp location has received mixed feedback, with serious concerns about overcharging with cash payments and positive comments about competitive prices and a functional air machine.

One customer reported multiple instances of being overcharged when paying with cash. They described an incident where the attendant attempted to charge them $49.00 for a $48.47 fill-up. After demanding either their change or the remaining fuel, the attendant eventually provided the missing gas. The customer expressed concerns about the potential for significant financial discrepancies over time and vowed to use a card at a different station in the future.

Conversely, another customer praised the "Good price" for both cash and credit and noted that the "Air machine 75 cents works well and enough time for 4 tires."

These reviews highlight a disparity in customer experiences, with serious concerns about potential overcharging with cash payments and positive feedback regarding pricing and the air machine.

It is reasonable to assume that bp provides standard gas station services, including:

  • Fuel (various grades of gasoline)
  • Air machine services

Potential customers should be aware of the mixed reviews before visiting this bp location in East Brunswick, NJ. While the station offers competitive prices and a functional air machine, the reported incidents of potential overcharging with cash payments are a significant concern. Customers may want to exercise caution and carefully review their charges, particularly when paying with cash.

I absolutely use to love this gas station until I started to pay cash (suppose to get a better rate) for gas, and they are trying to pocket monies without putting the actual gas in the tank. This is the 3rd time I have gone through this. Scenario: I asked them to fill up my tank. The total came to $48.47. The attendant tried to charge me 49.00. I advised I was not paying for gas. I did not recieve and I wanted my change or to put the gas in my tank. I was given excuses ( no change, tank too full) in the past but miraculously he turned the pump back on and put the .53 worth of gas in my tank. I almost felt bad, but when I thought about how many times this happened and did some rough math .53 for at least 150 cars 7 days a week for a year, it comes to $28,938 for a product that was never dispensed. Call it dramatic, but I will be using my card from now on at another gas station.

Good price and same for cash or credit. Air machine 75 cents works well and enough time for 4 tires.

it says they are open 24 hours and it is all lit up. after sitting there for five minutes, the man is still sitting there talking on his cell phone and never comes over to give me gas. I ask him if they are open because it says 24 hours , he doesn't stop talking on his phone and only shakes his head no

I get the best MPG with BP gas

I have always used BP gas exclusively in my three cars and have found it to be excellent. I pulled into this station this morning and got ten gallons of Ultimate. As soon as I pulled out, it seemed apparent that this was not 93 octane gas. I had watched the attendant today as I always do after a kid once pumped regular into my car, a high performance Dodge Charger, so I know the difference in the feel of the car’s response to lower octane gas. This is not a criticism of your station since the attendant pumped Ultimate gas. I’m convinced though the gas I got is closer in octane level to regular and now I’ve once again got to look forward to 250 miles of disappointing driving until this gas is out of my car. It’s no fun trying to drive like a little old lady in a 500 horsepower car!
