Worse customer service I have ever encountered. I used my Apple Pay to use the vacuum machine. The timer came on, but the machine didn’t. I asked the attendant for assistance. He couldn’t be bothered, yelled and waved me away.

Hostile clerk!!! He has been there for years, and his dismissive attitude leaves a lot to be desired. Stopped patronizing this place due to multiple bad interactions with clerk.

This location does not participate in gas savings app and charges more for using credit cards. Stay away and save by going to other nearby locations

This is usually my go to station. I came a few weeks ago and discovered that the BP app can no longer be used here. The app is sucha convenience, if you do not have your card on you. They have upgraded the app to Earnify and this station does not partcipate. Such an annoyance. I know they are independantly owned, but they probably should try to stay on par with the BP brand. I ended up going to another station.

Just completely unprofessional. I've been coming to this BP for 2-3 years mostly during the late evening to night shift. The attendant is the same older bald guy with glasses. Each time I enter the station and drive up to the same pump #3 he checks to see who came which is expected. This same guy glares at me for around a minute each time in disgust for the same 2-3 years I've been coming to this station. My recent visit I got glared again then asked if I needed help with the worst attitude. I will not return to this BP nor will I argue with this guy because he is an older man possibly a geriatric
