It’s always a pleasure visiting this gas station in my neighborhood… The gas prices are usually a little less than the average price elsewhere…. And I enjoy the convenience and most times unplanned debates with Mike, Tony & the rest of the crew! This is definitely a good location to stop for gas, cigarettes, etc if you’re a local resident of West Hempstead, visiting or passing through…

WARNING! STOP in this area…HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Ask for gas not working try to get in to say not work and giving a bad attitude!

Horrible customer service!!!! I gave the gas attendant two dollars for quarters in order to use the vacuum. I noticed he had an irritated look on his face when he gave me the quarters, but I still said thank you politely, and got no response. The machine was supposed to last five minutes but it stopped after about two minutes. I went back to the attendant to get change for more quarters but he refused and said that was my limit and that he will not exchange any more quarters for me. I explained to him that the vacuum stopped early. Thank goodness there was another customer who was nice enough to break the dollars for me. I was going to fill up my tank after vacuuming out my my vehicle, but I will take my business elsewhere .

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE………After I had gotten gas I had went into your store location to check my lotto tickets from last nights powerball drawing. The scanner they had wasn’t working so I asked the attendant inside if he could scan the tickets. He refused and said NO it’s not my job as he continued to FaceTime on his phone. He could have easily checked the ticket rather than to continue to speak on his phone when I a customer needed assistance. I asked when his supervisor will be in and he said tomorrow. I responded great I’ll speak to him in regards to your attitude. He said he didn’t care and that he was going to quit. Where do they find these employees? TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE … DONT RECOMMEND THERE ARE CHEAPER AND BETTER PLACES TO GET GAS.
