bp

This BP location for some reason advertises the rewards program but doesnt honor it. That doesnt make sense. The gas prices are good though.

This place seems to have difficulties just existing. If it isn't unexpectedly closed off schedule for no reason or because the manager just likes to close 10 minutes early every night the register is down and they won't even just let you give them cash for a simple item. I don't need this place to be good, I just need it to freaking function. It's almost like they know they are a fairly isolated gas station for this part of Long Island. This isn't a one time thing. There's been some kind of issue every time I've gone there for the past two weeks.

Excellent facilitate, covered and well illuminated, and available pumps for the purpose of filling up the tank. Price is the best in the area. Same price for cash and credit.

The staff here are disrespectful. I came here during the pandemic for the first responder discount being offered by BP for .50 cents off a gallon. The promotional code was not working at the pump, I went inside and the attendant became disrespectful and refused to help. He told me "I was not listening" but refused to give me any further directions. He made it very clear that him, or the other staff at this location do not care about first responders, or healthcare professionals by his statement as I was walking out of the door. "Tell your fellow first responders and healthcare workers to go to another BP". I was not rude to this guy, he was angry about a promotion his company was offering. I will never come back to this location under ANY circumstances.
