Pay attention to what gas they put in your car. We asked for regular and they put premium in. We didn't notice until we got home and looked at the receipt. BP told us we needed to speak to the station owner. The station owner is impossible to find. Seems shady especially since no one is offering a simple fix for the $9 discrepancy.

The gas attendant never hears and u pay for his mistakes. He gave me a fill up when I said $40 he said forty sounded like I said full! And would not reimburse me I had to pay for his mistake. However I'm usually just there for the car wash it's pretty decent.

Just wanted to warn fellow drivers when coming here to check the grade of the gas that is being pumped into your car. If you fill your car with regular make sure they put regular instead of premium or mid grade. I understand accidents can happen, but honestly I think they do this on purpose at this location as many people don’t check. Today was the 3rd time I’ve caught them doing this in the past 6 months. Today when I mentioned it to the attendant they tried to blame me (not sure how it’s possible when the attendant heard me say fill with regular and everyone in my car heard me say the same thing) and also say they were very busy. I get that the station can be busy (today there were only 3 cars...), but do your job properly! You may see other reviews of this location through the years claiming that they put the wrong grade of gas in your car. It still can happen at this location. Be vigilant and watch the guy select the grade of gas first before you let your mind wander.

My car ran out of gas on rt 10 tonight. I was a lot stressed so I did not catch this gentleman's name, but WHAT A GENTLEMAN!!! I've known too many people who just don't care. He helped me pushed my car to the pump, tried to start it, looked under my hood.. he just went WAY above and beyond. AWESOME person. Just wanted to put that out there, cause he deserves to be recognized. I will not forget.

This use to be a great place, friendly staff and quick to get in and out. They just hired a new guy (at least new to me on 3/14/2013) and he yells at the customers. He was pretty blunt when he pumped my gas, but I thought "ok not a friendly guy". I was filling up my car, as I do 2 times a week at this station, and checking my iPhone while I waited. He gives me my receipt, never says "Thank you, etc.", fine not a friendly guy. I continued to read a message on my iphone for 1-2 minutes, and that is when he comes over and starts yelling at me that I have to move. I would have understood, but I was the only person at the gas station, no one coming in or behind me. I asked to speak to a manager and he waived his arm at me and told me "no manager" then went inside the center building and would not come out. I work just up the street at Novartis, stop at this gas station all the time for 10+ years, and never been treated this way. So be warned, there is a "Gas Nazi" at this BP station. Unfortunatley, if he is there I will pull in and pull out. The other guys are great, always say "Thank you, have a nice day".
