If i could give 0 stars i would. On 11/20/24 the gas attendant at 6:10pm tried to give me $100 regular gas. When i clearly told him $10 gas. He must have not been paying attention and added an extra zero to the balance. I told him I’d like a refund and he can take the gas back. He tells me he can’t refund me or take the gas. Do not go to this gas station. They will charge you for gas you didn’t even ask for then refuse to remove the gas and refund you. He didn’t even care. I will be disputing the extra money with my bank because i did not want that much gas at all!!! I told him $10 so he should’ve been paying attention. I will also be reporting them to the BBB and other state departments! This is not okay and gas stations should not be able to get away with this! People are dealing with hard times and because of his ridiculous error he took money from my kids mouths! Then had the nerves to not care about it! A very disgustingly rude man.

I’m officially complaining the staff on duty 9am today(5/18, Sat). My Saturday was perfect until meeting that guy. 1. I waited for a while beside the nozzle, the staff was playing with his phone in the store 2. He was very aggressive and rude, shouted at us for parking at a nozzle far from him, asked us to make u turn and park at another nozzle 3. When we did, he became impatient and threw my card to me, refused serving us. I was extremely furious, I controlled my anger thx to the professional training I received and asked his name so that I can complain, he said” i have no name”. To customers: please avoid him if you don’t wanna ruin your weekend. To the owner: I would fire him for the sake of business and the satisfaction of the customers.

The poorest experience I’ve ever had. One star for the staff of the day. Once we have parked, he asked us to move to the nozzle where we had to make a u turn around the machines. We made a u turn then he refused to provide service because we didn’t stop at the nozzle where he was standing in front. Absolutely ridiculous service. Arrogant and rude staff. Please definitely avoid this place if you don’t want it to ruin your day.

I had an unfortunate experience with bp gas station that left me extremely dissatisfied. My primary concern stems from the noticeable decrease in fuel efficiency I experienced while using their gasoline. To my disappointment, I found that my car was averaging 45 to 50 miles less per tank compared to other gas stations I frequent. Firstly, let me clarify that I have been driving the same car for several years, and I'm accustomed to a consistent average mileage per tank. However, upon refueling at this gas station, I noticed an unexpected change in my vehicle's performance. Despite driving under similar conditions and maintaining my usual driving habits, I was forced to refill my tank more frequently, resulting in a significant increase in fuel expenses. Naturally, I was initially skeptical and decided to compare my experiences with other drivers who frequent different gas stations. To my surprise, it became apparent that I was not alone in experiencing a decline in fuel efficiency when using this particular gas station's gasoline. Numerous individuals reported a similar decrease in mileage, consistently averaging 45 to 50 miles less per tank. Given the consistent data and multiple accounts of decreased fuel efficiency, it is evident that there is a problem with the gasoline being dispensed at this gas station. Whether it is due to subpar fuel quality, an issue with the pump calibration, or another underlying factor, the consequences remain the same for customers like myself. As a regular customer, I expected the gas station to provide reliable fuel that meets industry standards. However, my experience has left me deeply dissatisfied. Not only did I have to spend more money on fuel due to the decreased mileage, but I also had to invest extra time and effort in more frequent refueling, which was inconvenient and disruptive to my daily routine. I strongly urge the gas station management to investigate and rectify this issue promptly. Customers should not have to pay more for less fuel efficiency, especially when it impacts their finances and time management. Until this problem is resolved, I will be avoiding this gas station altogether and advising others to do the same. In conclusion, my experience with this particular gas station's gasoline was highly disappointing. The consistent decrease in fuel efficiency, averaging 45 to 50 miles less per tank, is unacceptable. I hope that the management takes immediate action to address this issue and provide their customers with the reliable and efficient fuel they expect and deserve

Not only does the Gas attendant not wear a mask (this is the 2nd time I've been there) but today he was RUDE also. The pump was having trouble with my credit card (which I literally used two minutes before getting to this gas station so I know it worked) and in the end the attendant who never wears a mask, said to me 'WASTE OF TIME' ( Because apparently he thought I was holding up the line). It was NOT my fault his machine or pump was malfunctioned. I went to the nearby Exxon with no problem. My credit card worked just fine.
