I waited a week for an appointment to get my car inspected here. I showed up on time, and when no one approached me I asked a man who was sitting outside in a chair if he worked there. He said he was the "manager", and he didn't even bother to get up or say "may I help you"? I told him I had a 9am appt, and he casually informed me that there had been an "emergency", and no one could do it. He was very matter of fact and didn't seem the least bit concerned. I asked him when he could do it, and he asked if I could come back at 11am. I agreed because it has to be done by the 30th. Upon my return, a different man came up to my car when I pulled in. He told me that the mechanic wasn't there. Surprised, I told him I had an appointment and had come back a second time. Again, no apology, no offer to reschedule at my convenience - nothing. Needless to say, I will never come here again!!

SKIMMING MACHINE FOUND THERE! This is the only place my card was used. It did not charge any gas but, over 100 was taken from my account. I have called the police and they will refer it over to higher authorities. They are thieves and deserve to be locked up. I wouldn't have given this place a single star.

They were getting a lot better with service and quickly went back to terrible no show service. They don’t help cars waiting to gas up. It’s very strange. They stay inside office and ignore the cars trying to gas up.......horrible horrible service ... shame on them.

I can’t get my Costco visa card on my BP app They are no help I think they just don’t like giving discounts
