I would agree with most of the people in the area. The gas station owner and the worker are very rude to customers. They do use F words and scream at people without any reason this is a horrible customer service and I would highly discourage people to go there for any business. I wouldn't even leave one star the mechanic from F&L Service CTR in BP and the attendant at gas station are rude, nasty, horrible.

I wouldn't even leave one star the mechanic from F&L Service CTR in BP there is rude, nasty, horrible. I pulled in and parked in a wrong area and he blew a gasket on me. I hope the women in his life never get spoken to like that, I was chastised like a 5 year old. Mind you I am a 65 year old woman. I stayed because my tire was flat and he sold me that tire. I would rather pay somewhere else then be treated like this ever again. Nasty Nasty not sure how he stays in business. I wouldn't treat anyone the way I was treated. Be Kind.

One of the guys working here is amazingly rude, as other people have mentioned. Unless you drive right up to the pump he is standing next to he won't wait on you. I'm taking my business elsewhere.

So I know a 90 year old woman who came to this gas station and was treated rudely by the attendant. She said she asked for help to put air in her tire. The attendant was very rude and disrespectful, told her he was too busy and come back another day. The woman said she was nearly flat and said she needed help to put air in today. The attendant told her to go on somewhere else and leave him alone. I have also heard MANY complaints about the attendants at this gas station. The way he treated this 90 year old woman is deplorable and should be fired. How do you treat an elderly person this way and call yourself human?? I will NEVER come to this gas station and have partnered with quite a few people in the area to never go here.
