I always come here for gas but today was not it. The guy that attended us forced a tip on us. I gave him 35 dollars for the 33 that came to be my total. And while we were waiting for the change all he said was “thank you thank you…. We good?” We said yes and left because we weren’t gonna sit there and argue with someone about 2 dollars, but to force a tip on someone and not give them their change back is wild. And reading some comments I’m realizing now that this is something that happens often.

There is a horrible heavyset Indian man who works at the BP gas pump everytime I go there he gives me a difficult time and is very rude. I usually go 1x a month when I am going out of state to top up my gas He acts like it is against the rules to purchase $8 or 10 gas. Today again he had an attitude, was rude and disrespectful. Maybe it is because I was a black female because I know he would not speak to another man the way he did me. He is very rude, disrespectful and condescending and to add insult to injury he was complaining to other customers within earshot of the amount of gas I was purchasing. This is the 2nd occurrence if he does it a 3rd time because I will go back he will be dealt with. Update 8/22 - I received a very nice call from management after calling customer service to complain about the gas station attendant. Updated: This review was actually published five years ago. I saw a spelling mistake and started editing the review. Maybe I was distracted by something and never finished editing. The review stayed as a draft for the past five years. I just saw it two days ago and published it. I am sure this gas attendant no longer work there, but still it is a good reminder of what happened there and customers should be vigilant. Be warned! an attendant at this station is trying to scam money. i went to this station yesterday. The attendant swiped my American Express card then came back and told me the machine can't read my card. I gave him my master card. I saw him went back to the pump, pretending to swipe the card, looking frustrated and went around and swiped my card on the pump on the other side and proceeded to fill up my tank with the other pump. Sensing something is not right, i got out of the car to check out the first pump. It says "lift the nozzle and select fuel grade", so it was waiting for the attendant to start fueling!! So basically, he swiped my card and opened the tab on one pump and told me the pump is not working and use my second card to open a tab on the second pump. If i didn't check it out, i would have drove away with an open tap on the first pump. He could fill another car and charge it onto my card or insist the second customer to pay cash and use my card to fill him up and pocket the cash. My wife went there last week and the same attendant told her the credit card machine was broken and she had to pay cash. Now everything is adding up. She could have been the second customer... I reported to the local police station but they didn't do anything. I just want everyone to be aware. I will never go back there again.

I don't understand how I asked for 40 regular using my credit card to getting more expensive gas (Silver) and getting over 70$ worth. I had to yell at the guy to stop and was so heated I almost called the cops out of frustration. Every few years this BP has workers who do shady stuff

I have the BP App that was not working at the time I pulled up to this station a very tall man came to help me I ask him if he could put in my number so I can still get my 5cents off he tells me that's not how it works I stated to him it does this is not the first time that my app did not work. I stated sir can u help me save or not and he goes on talking for 20mins telling me I'm wrong and he is right disrespectful I thank that if u have a app that does not work all off your station should know how to use the pumps to save your customers money I will not be going to this one again because of the disrespectful man that would not give me his name
