Terrible customer service 90% of the time. This weekend was my last time here. You pull in and sit there while the attendant plays on their phone instead of assisting you. Went 7/17, sat for about 2 minutes. I was the only customer. No acknowledgment whatsoever. Other BP on 18 and other side of 9, awesome service. Here terrible. 2 stars instead of one because it is always clean and well lit.

Absolutely the most horrible service i have ever seen. How rude can people be. The gas station was empty, we pull up to get gas and 2 men who i assume work there just sat there and continued with what they were doing. After waiting for about 10 min we just drive away. Will never go back.

Whenever I use my bp rewards enrolled card and they use contactless payment with it I never get my rewards at this location. I even emailed BP with mo response for help.

I’m in the minority of people who tip at gas stations. I never get a thank you, a smile, a head nod, or ANYTHING when I tip at this gas station. Yesterday, the Middle Eastern Gentleman grabbed the tip out of my hand with no thank you at all.

HORRIBLE customer service!! I pulled up and the attendant gave me an attitude and refused to pump my gas! I will never go back here again!!!!
