Use to come here often I don’t even stop here for gas anymore they messed up my order also had a bug in it when I returned to let them know nicely that “I think yal had a fly in the oil might wanna change the oil sooner then later.” they acted like I made the mistake then “remade” my food only to give me the same food with just a few new chicken strips on top of it. when I asked for a new order the owner accused me of lying after some back and forth I finally got my order but it shows the type of person in charge I use to come almost every day for a quick bite to eat before work and that’s the customer he wanted to accuse of lying but I’ve witnessed people come take stuff in they’re face curse them out and walk out. I hope it continues now because the owners just greedy

2 stars only because theres a few really nice cashiers that work there (some terrible rude ones to). the “krauzers” inside is not Krauzers material compared to the other ones in CT. the Spanish cooks in the morning-afternoon shift consistently mess up peoples orders look lost and overwhelmed. While the nighttime crew, cool cashier yet the cook is midz at best. Cool guy always keeps a fine pace and looks like he belongs part of a kitchen but just some bad tendencies. Example: he chopped up my steak and cheese with peppers bacon and onions after putting the cheese on so I just ended up with all the cheese and a lot of my extras in the sandwhich clumped up on maybe 1 or 2 bites of the sandwhich.
