Told the attendant that my card does not tap he went ahead to tap the card away. If I am telling you that my card doesn't tap there is a reason. Then my gas nozzle came out the holder and hit my car, I called and blew my horn to get his attention he completely ignored me. Hand me my card and receipt without saying thank you. Poor customer service

Hours listed as closing at midnight. Showed up at 11:48pm and the employee had already shut down all the pumps and told us they were closed. We had less than 10 miles left until empty after trying 5 different gas stations listed as 24 hours or until midnight that were ALL closed. Told the employee our car was almost completely empty and asked him to confirm if they were open until midnight, and he just kept saying sorry, closed. I understand if we were 10 minutes after midnight and refused, that would be on us. If you're closing before midnight then list it correctly.

Ok so Google currently has this location marked as 24 hours I cannot stress this enough it is not. The guy at the front tells me they are closed at 11:43 after staring at me in my car for a good 3 minutes of me being there. He then tells me he closed his drawer and when I asked him why he did that before close he says he does it 10 15 minutes before I proceed to show him that he closed it a good 18 20 minutes before close. he apologized then turned off the lights on me. I understand the need to close at your drawers as well as if operations end at 12 but if they end at 12 they should be able to provide service at least until about 10 minutes prior it would have taken a minute or two of his time at most. Please update your hours to what it actually is as to not mislead your customers.

Very bad customer service no respect what so ever..I fuel inn there everyday but was surprised to see such behavior..I put inn four quarters in air machine but unfortunately it didn't work..I went to just let him know he bust out yelling cursing and accusing me that I didn't put inn quarters..I requested him to put his quarters to see but he replied I don't have time..guess what next day he had a notice out of order...he is a cheat he takes away 1 dollar with people's and he doesn't even wants to return that money back omg what a gas station please guys don't go there and spend your money I go next to the next station across the street..people's are respectful and polite there...these bp people's have to understand everyone has self respect and we are spending out hard earn money there so that they can also make their living but this is not a way to treat any costumers..last month that old guy got beat up black and blue with a lady from paterson for misbehaving with her that old men needs to get out of there and retire...he is of NO GOOD..you need to have polite and understanding gas attendance that old men is just too rude and big mouth...he is bringing bad reputation to BP gas station..I will share this incident to all my family and friends and encourage them not to go there instead drive across the street better peoples little extra penny but you will get some respect and good service with politeness and smile..look the air machine was out of order on Saturday night and the gas attended refused to refund my dollar but Sunday he puts up this notice..what a crook....

Yo the older man that works here is amazing! He told off this one guy that literally tried to push my car away from the gas tank (cause he “didn’t have enough room”) and yelled at him for me. And then when i left, the gas man said “peace out dude,” to me, so silly haha. The guy trying to push my car ended up driving away because he was angry lol
