Came to the BP it was about 1212 at night. I’m at the pump. I’m waiting for the gas station attendant to pump gas. They are not out here pumping gas and I know what Huntington it’s the law that you are supposed to get your gas pump this is definitely a horrible gas station and I will be putting in a complaint.

they have the nozzles that click so u can sit in car while it pumps itself lol

Feels weird writing a review for a gas station but this place is my go to. The attendants are so nice and accommodating it's nice to see friendly faces. The property is always immaculate even beautiful potted flowers in the summer.

i was there this morning about 10.30am for fill up , i ask the attendant for gas and he took my card and came back after 3 min saying i had only $0.13 in my card i told him its not true and i am looking when you processing my card you put only $0.13 he said then do yourself, i was wow and he walk away i did myself and meanwhile screen message follow to shop attendant inside. when i go inside sale person also very rude and unprofessional. i explain to him what happened outside and attendant behavior instead he help me, i am shocked when he said complaint to BP we r not responsible outside machines and personals i repeat again so you r not part of this BP gas station ? he reply no i told you before we r not . i said then where i go ? who will charge my credit card ? he said give it to me i try and he charge $100 and ask me to sign i told him why $100 ? he said this is not charge we just pre authorized your card and we will charge extra . anyway i end up today when i checked my account online 3 transactions $100 $0.13 and $1.00 . Bottom line is this is my 3rd Visit in this location and each time i go absolutely not happy just because of behavior and way they treat and absolutely not helping at all. its funny but true this is first time i heard someone ask me himself please do complaint about us !!!!
