Terrible experience. Went in at 845am for a simple oil change. Asked the clerk about how long the wait and was told an hour. Got my receipt number 2654, and waited. Came back after an hour, still did not get to my car yet so I asked, told me that they only had one main mechanic in so its a bit slow and they had leftover work from yesterday. Okay, no problem. Waited another hour, see that other people that came after me somehow got their stuff done. So I asked the clerk again and told me the same thing but could not explain how their mechanics are somehow working on other cars despite my earlier drop-off and receipt. I asked one of the other person waiting for their car if they waited long and what's their number. He showed me 2660. Waited another half hour, and the person's who I asked (2660) car went in after me so I asked the clerk again and this time, the clerk took me to ask the mechanic as well. Apparently, the mechanic Tom and his assistant Pablo work in order of receipt number. So I asked them what number they are on and said they can't tell me that information because I am not staff. I even stated that the car that they just took was after my number but they said they can't verify that with me but the gentleman who I asked did confirm 2660 since he was there still. At that point, Tom just said sorry, but you just have to wait but won't tell me how long. So I just left, definitely should have left earlier. Tragic because I went to here before for an oil change and never had this issue so not sure what happened since then. But never coming back here again. Service is unacceptable if they can't follow simple numbers. Also, cheaper gas at the Mobil at all levels down the road near the transit center.

I have used this shop for 3 + years for small repairs and oil changes. Hard working and decent mechanics. Very busy shop, but always manage to squeeze you in if you are willing to wait a little bit. Note, shop does not have a customer waiting area.

These guys really helped me out today. Pulled in around 745 this morning with low air in my tires. Thought I’d quickly fill them with air and be on my way. I had previously made the mistake of buying aluminum caps for my tires which erodes and could not be removed by hand. Lesson learned. The guys at the shop were nice enough to help me before they opened. They ended up having to try to saw/cut the caps in half to remove them. This resulted in me needing 2 new tire sensors as the originals were damaged but I cannot blame the guys... how delicate can you be to a flimsy valve when you’re hacking away at aluminum with a saw? Since I needed to now keep the car there to replace the sensors, I had also asked for 2 new tires and an inspection. They were super patient, explained everything to me thoroughly, and even got the car back to me IN THE SAME DAY! Outstanding service. Great price. Can’t thank them enough.

This shop,uses vague terms to describe a mechanical work needed for inspection. such as chassis, steering front end, without full detailed description and failed rear brakes, even though they were only have worn. Just a typical mechanic trying to drum up business and oh yeah, that front end work was tie rod ends, which when checked by a second mechanic we’re fine.
