I went here and saw a man come in to do an NYS inspection. Then the worker came became nasty to the customer telling him he failed because it was scratches on the tire and began calling him names and cursing him out. Then man was in shock. This place was unprofessional and rude. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! They will come up with an absurd reason to fail your car, even if it is a new car. THEY WILL SCAM YOU!!!

It's been some time since I posted a review, so let's get to it. I stopped by this BP to get some gas last summer and noticed that I was able to get an inspection without waiting! It wasn't my usual spot for inspections, but I didn't want to risk getting a ticket. The manager told me, "Pass or fail, it will be $37"...no problemo, my car was only two years old at the time. Told him okay, and then he reminded me again. Strange, but again, why would I fail? They start, I'm chilling and waiting. The manager comes and tells me there's a problem. Que pasa? He told me that there's a tear in my tire so my car would not pass the inspection. Then he says, "If you want, I could get a tire for you." I say, give me a price. He calls a guy and says, "Ok, I got another one..." and tells the guy the tire I need. I heard that and told him no thanks. The more I thought about it, the tire with a tear never lost air. No slow leaks, either. I saw my tire, and the tear was more like a mark. This is when it felt more scammy to me. As I'm waiting to get my car, I heard the manager tell another customer that he wouldn't pass his inspection because of... a "bad" tire. Hey, maybe it was a coincidence, but I went to my usual gas station for an inspection and passed. I found it strange that the guy working on my car told me that I should pass because my car was only two years old, but it was the manager that was giving me all of these reasons why my "never losing air" tire was bad. Follow your own thoughts, people. To his credit, you can fail an inspection because of a tire, but it has to be considerable wear and tear. I'm just giving you my own experience. Be well

I had a very bad experience at this location. The attendant tonight was extremely disrespectful. And told me that if I wanted to complain, he'll give me his bosses number.

It's weird that if you are paying with debit you have to go inside but credit is fine. At least price is the same as cash
