I took my car in and left instructions to do an inspection and an oil change. A couple hours later, I got a call saying it passed and was ready to pick up. When I arrived they had forgotten to do the oil change. Annoying waste of time but not as bad as trying to deceive me. Next, they said they found a leak and wanted me to replace my power steering pump for close to $400. I watched for leaks under my car for 3 days, then had another mechanic check the power steering fluid and pump. Everything was fine. Don't trust them.

BEWARE: this shop uses NYS vehicle inspection as a method to bilk unsuspecting customers. My son brought my 2021 car in, and they told him the car needed 4 new tires. This is a car with 19K miles and 2 almost-new tires. Another, honest inspection shop measured the tread and showed me that there was more than twice the minimum tread on the two older tires. Other reviews point out similar dishonest behavior. Notifying NYS authorities. This is a DISHONEST shop.

The owner does not keep his promise regarding service. I waited for him at our residence to tow my spouse’s vehicle to his shop. No answer from him or a call back after he promised to be there. This is the second time he has shown to be unreliable and untrustworthy. He has changed his price at his shop in a matter of 15 minutes for oil change on both of our vehicles. We now take our vehicles to CNC who are transparent, prompt, and does fantastic work. I wish I could give him a negative 5 star. Scam artist.

The owner of this gas station is awesome. It’s a full service station offering both regular, premium and I believe diesel fuel. Best prices in briarcliff and prompt service. The next door auto repair shop owned by Hernan is also fantastic. He genuinely wants to and does a great job on your routing auto needs. Got my tires changed here as well as the smog test. Prices are more than reasonable and I feel like I am in good hands. So friendly and easy to deal with. Love that I can get gas and auto checkups in he same place. Location is very convenient.
