I have been going for some time and while some of the young employees are not necessarily the kindest they are not rude. I did find a few days back (on a Wednesday evening) this young girl who was giving me a bad attitude and making a face because I interrupted her cell phone time while asking her just one question! This addiction to phones and the lack of good service/ attitude towards customers is getting more common in this place.

I’ve been coming here for a couple of months now, and I love the people there all except Samuel he is so rude. He is so arrogant and when I questioned why there was a car in the handicapped parking spot that wasn’t handicapped he got very defensive and told me to get out and to leave said, I was disrespectful to him and come to find out it was his car parked there. It breaks my heart when I see somebody in a handicap spot that is not handicapped.

most of the employees here has a bad attitude and lazy i hope the management will give attention on this. i just leave accross so almost everyday i buy something here and always the employees here dont know how to handle customers. now im thinking not to go in this establishment anymore and will campaign not to have business in this store.

Terrible customer service apparently they don’t do refunds, I bought two box of bearskin condemns the clerk gave me small condemns wrong size. Luckily I used a credit card so I’ll get reimbursed.
