I live down the street my entire family & I come to this gas station all the time. Tonight I dealt with “mo” the cashier. I bought several items as I usually do & paid with Apple Pay. Never had a problem til tonight. I explained to mo several times there is no “pin” associated with Apple Pay. (He also seen me come in this gas station several times before) I also made him aware that I always pay with Apple Pay. After several attempts he said that he would. I longer ring me out me he had other things to do. So I said I would speak to someone in the morning about this and that I will transfer the funds from Apple Pay to my bank account (bank of America) and pay that way. Since a customer came in I moved aside. I seen an atm and thought I can withdraw money unfortunately that was out of order. Then he proceeded to call the manager and i explained to whoever he called that I came here several times a day and use Apple Pay and never had this issue. It always allows me to pay. We spoke more and than I left it as is because I said several times I will pay with another form because I was doing something wrong with transferring and with mo being combative and aggressive with me I couldn’t even focus on transferring the funds from one account to another especially when He threatens me to call the police because I was telling him I have never had a problem but I will use another form of payment. Due to the lack his understanding because he was so aggressive and very unprofessional he couldn’t grasp the concept of “using a different form of payment “ and continued to tell me I have to leave my card is not going through.. Now he can lie and state whatever he feels the need to however this is how it went. I am not even describing in detail his rudeness and unprofessionalism. I can’t believe customers are allowed to be spoken to in that manner. The fact that he could have said it’s ok please take your time instead of making the situation so much worse and threatening to call the cops on me is completely unacceptable.. the fact that I am a regular customer and have had issues there before but took it with a grain of salt I can definitely say I WILL NOT BE RETURNING THERE EVER AGAIN. I will also make sure my family doesn’t either. I have never been so embarrassed in my life. His demeanor attitude disgusting mouth and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable and inexcusable. The vetting of the employees that are hired to work for this company needs to be much more better. Customer service should be top notch considering there would be no business if it weren’t for customers. I understand employees are hard to find especially good honest hardworking employees. However doesn’t mean to hire just anyone especially if you are trying to keep your business afloat. The Cumberland farms a street down will be receiving my business from now on. I hope that people read this and realize (customers aren’t always right) however just because you have other duties to perform doesn’t mean you can speak to me anyway you want and then threaten to call the police on me because my card wasn’t going through. Completely unreal!!!! Stay away from this business until it can hire some respectable people that are willing to have patience and help people vs taking there frustrations out on.

Has gone down hill since the manager of 20 plus years left. Very Few good employees left there. New. Faces all the time most do not care. Not social able they tell me they are instructed not to talk. After Today I am never stepping in there again. The young guy in there is a rude. I have been directing my chauffeurs for 18 years to fill up the vehicles there at lest $3,000 worth of gas alone a month. Everyday about 3 to 4 times a day i buy bottled drink and get a cup ice and I pay about .50 for the cup of ice. My office is next door. Today I was told either I buy a bag of ice or pay 2.19 for the cup. But the fountain drink is .99. He told me rudely his company policy is not sell a cup of ice. So he just cost his company $30,000.00 a year over in fuel sales.

Good gas prices. The convenience store has hot cooked food. I saw pizza and I think hot dogs... not sure what else. Also have the basic snacks, drinks, candy, supplies you would look for in a gas station convenience store, like car oil, etc. It was easy in and out for me. Was not a busy time on Saturday afternoon. I'll get pictures next time.

I come here often as I find they have the best gas prices in town. Very friendly and helpful staff.
