Gas price on top of pump marked $3.19. Price charged $3.25. Can’t understand why not change price on top of pump. Very misleading and not right .

When i was out eating lunch, someone slashed my rear tire on the right side. I was nearing this citgo when my car began to alert me of the flat, so i pulled into the parking lot of this gas station to figure things out. Initially, i didn’t know the tire was slashed because it was slashed on the inside. I thought that I may have run over a screw or something of that nature. A passer-by had recommended that i purchase fix-a-flat and make it home (I live 2 blocks down the road) where i had a spare. After buying the fix-a-flat, I realized that the tire was beyond repair, since it virtually lost all the air since I had been inside. when i reached into the back of the tire, i felt the gigantic gash that wouldn’t have been made by running over debris. Knowing this wasn’t a typical flat, i went back inside to return the fix-a-flat. The cashiers told me they couldn’t do the refund on apple pay (which is how i paid) so they told me to return with the physical card. when i returned about an hour later, both cashiers spent 20 minutes each trying to do the refund, which they could not figure out between the two of them. When i asked why, they said they could not locate the original sale, hence they cannot refund the item. I was in shock, since it wasn’t even two hours since i purchased the product and i never used or opened it. they called their manager, and she said there was nothing she could do . terrible customer service. to spend 40 minutes trying to refund an item and then after all the wasted time telling me they cannot do it is completely ridiculous.
