Where do I begin! I went here to get an inspection mines was about to expire . Come to find out needed a few things to pass ( car is an oldie but a goodie ) I met the owner , Benny . No words can describe how awesome him and his staff was ! Like the level of customer service was phenomenal ! He explained everything that has to be done . Step by step and gave me a great deal on the work . They checked everything to make sure all was ok . I appreciate the care and honesty . Fully recommend Mamaroneck Auto Care ! 100% professional and really amazing staff that goes above and beyond ! Thank you for being patient with me and taking care of my concerns. 10 stars for you guys ! Again you guys have any auto concerns go see Benny , tell him Jose sent ya ! You won’t be disappointed !

Please be careful when going to this gas station. I stopped by one evening and asked if they could check the air pressure in my tires because the alarm kept going off. The gas station attendee told me no the mechanic shop was closed. I asked him to please help me because I had a long trip to take the next day. The owner saw me talking to the gas station attendee from the store, came out and asked me what I wanted. I told him the same thing, and he started to kick and jump up and down on my tires. I said Sir, please stop. What are you doing? I am afraid you're going to damage my tires. His response was 'you want me to put my hand on your tires, but you don't want my feet on them.' There were three men there that night, and they all refused to help me. I got out of the car to check my tires before driving off after all that banging, and the gas station attendee came running out of the store part of the gas station toward me. It was kind of intimidating , so I asked him 'why are you running toward me, I am just checking my tires.' He said 'oh, and walked away.' Is this how they treat a concerned mature woman at night in a gas station in Mamaroneck? It was so rude, disrespectful, disregarding especially when I asked the owner to stop banging on my tires, and somewhat threatening and intimidating. Is this how they treat residents when nobody is looking? Everyone should be treated with dignity and respect. Please be careful ladies and gents.
