No longer Will receive our Business after today. People don’t know how to control themselves, there was no Deescalation done by the clerk, my husband was verbally attacked. For no reason at all, I will make it known for nobody to get gas at this place if needed. They also need to have someone outside to direct traffic because one day there’s going to be an accident.

I have been coming here for years and had a poor experience with the man behind the counter the other day, He drove a Nissan. I asked why a pump seemed to not be working and was given the response "it worked for other people" and no other help. I will never come back to this location and recommend others stay away from this business, as they do not seem to care about customers. Best of luck

It’s rare that I give somebody a one star if it’s possible that would’ve been a negative receiving gas from the Citgo on route nine in Wappingers Falls for a while now although the price is low, which isn’t the very important thing that quality but if a customer asks that you feill the role receipt at the pump so that out of convenience they don’t have to park the car to go back into the store to receive a receipt that should’ve been printed at the pump And then the attendant is rude about it and lied saying it’s been broken but there’s no note on the pump but acts as if it’s the customer’s fault is unacceptable never again. He was excessively rude instead of apologizing, and say that they will take care of it. He chose otherwise. No one should get gas there shut them down. Ridiculous people pay a lot of money. Give them quality service.

I still know and refer to this place as 7-Eleven and it always will, to me personally. There's always something different to find and depending on the person that work's there, it's a hit or miss. Mostly, I've had okay experiences. Still like this place and hopes it stays as is going into the future. Only thing that needs an update is how people interact with the general public. They need a brush up in not constantly watching customer's, as if the person is going to steal, and their overall general attitude.

Low gas prices aren't always a good thing. Recently got gas from here and all the sudden my car is having loads of issues, check engine light, constant engine misfires, excessive shaking, and sometimes not being able to get over 10mph. Come to find out that the gas was contaminated with a bunch of water, had to drain the system. Cheap gas wasn't worth what is paid to get your car fixed.
