These guys are crooks. Wanted to charge me $485 for a new radiator and thermostat, but when I told him the parts alone cost $110 max from Autozone, he said labor is expensive. His store sign says $70 per hour for labor, and when I mentioned this he said no, the new price is $120 per hour, so according to his match, even if labor was $120 for a 2 hour job it would be $120 + 240 = $360, yet he wanted to charge $485. When I brought up the store prices, he said OK $385. How does he make a $100 price drop in a split second? In the past my father told me he highly overcharged him also on new shocks and warned me not to go to him anymore, but I didn't listen. The guy I'm talking about is the Pakistani owner/manager, not the mechanic workers, who appear to be honest. What I noticed about this shop and others in my locality is that they initially treat you with decent prices, and then after time when they gain your loyalty trust and return business, they tend to take advantage of this and overcharge you thinking you will just give them the business without question since they treated you well in the past. I don't like distrustful disloyal greedy people therefore he gets 1 star from me. I understand its a for profit business, but profit is one thing, greed is another.

This place is SCAMMM! Watch out for SAM. This is the place I called to police to resolve the confrontation. They are ripping off their clients. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. I CALLED BBB AND I AM GOING TO REPORT THEIR UNETHICAL BEHAVIOR. BIG ZERO.

If I could give 0 stars I would , stay away from this place you will get ripped off , the manager Sam is the biggest crook out there, he gives you different prices every time you go there, and he is rude and disrespectful to customers, I can't wait till this place gets shut down!!! Everyone reading this do not trust "Sam" you will regret it!!!
