Not low car friendly, driveways are steep and have significant kinks in them upwards. Neighborhood is seriously sketchy, watch your back because everyone got their eyes on each other. E85 is of unknown quality but likely lowest as I now have significant fluctuations at idle while I absolutely had none filling up with Sunoco E85.

One of the only station in the area that have Ethanol E 85 fuel. It's the only place I get gas.

Having e85 is what brings me here ! I've tested the ethanol content through the season's, and during fall/winter time, the ethanol content drops to around e60/e65 . Spring and summer, you'll see e75 on average. I'll take this day and night over not having any corn fuel at all. I've tuned all my cars on an ethanol blend of e65 as this is what my local gas station carries . For me, this has worked well, and I'm able to push more boost on all my turbo vehicles .

This place has E85 Tested 06.19.2024 - 70% No frills station in a rough neighborhood, but the Jerk Chicken across the street is bussin Edit: 11.10.24 Just filled up today and they currently have E85

Ask gas attendant if the ethanol content of the e85, he said e85. States min. Of E70. Later to find out its only e50! Now I got a mix of the wrong ethanol content in my car. Should of brought my ethanol tester!
