Conoco Introduce

Conoco is a conveniently located gas station in Brooklyn, NY, at 2317 Ralph Ave. This establishment provides essential services to local residents and visitors alike, including full-service gas pumping and access to an ATM. The facility is known for its extended hours, making it a reliable option for those needing fuel or cash after regular business hours.

Conoco stands out as one of the few gas stations in the area where staff members are happy to fill your tank for you, which is particularly helpful for seniors and those looking to save time. While prices may be on the higher side, the convenience of full-service pumping and 24-hour availability make it a popular choice among locals.

Customers appreciate the friendly cashiers and the small price paid for tipping the gas station attendants. However, some note that peak hours can lead to long lines and suggest that having more staff during busy periods would improve efficiency. Additionally, while the establishment enforces mask policies, there have been instances where this rule isn't consistently followed.

  • Full-service gas pumping with friendly attendants
  • 24-hour ATM access
  • Closed 7 days a week for convenience
  • Extended hours for after-dark needs

While there are areas for improvement, such as pricing and queue management during peak times, Conoco remains a valuable resource in the community. Its unique full-service offering and availability make it a worthwhile stop for those navigating Brooklyn.

If you need assistance or have any questions, you can contact them directly at 1 718-251-6820 in case of emergencies or urgent inquiries.

Staff is nice, prices high.. Long lotto line, during peak hours should have 2 people.. Sign says no entry without mask, yet MANY have NO MASK!!! owner feels his numbers trumps customers, yet we pay your rent.. Cashiers, nice guys, underpaid, overworked!! Only store 24 hours though..

One of the few places left where someone fills your gas tank for you. I have to navigate the seniors that pull up to refill but I don't mind. Gas is not cheap and then you have to do your due diligence and tip the helper. Small price, however.

Don't bother pumping your gas, they will do it for you, just sit in your car and relax. Give them a small tip if you chooses for their service.

Not so great when connected to DDonuts. They all are negative when working together. If there's a disagreement with gas staff then DDonuts staff takes it out on you too when buying cogfee. That's my experience on 150th Street at Gulf Gas before it changed to BP Gas recently.....I complete negative experiences on survey after survey and no results. I can't believe how customer are treated these days as tho they don't care if they lose customers anyway#dissatisfaction

Full service pumps but make you get out of your car to pay by debit. Say machine is 'broken'. Been broken for two years. Bunch of BS artists. Just wanna charge credit card instead of cash prices Manipulating scammsters.
