Just left. I had an issue with membership because my card was lost and the new one is only in my Apple wallet. Jessica was amazing, friendly professional, and tried to be so helpful. even though I was on E, we couldn’t find a way to make it work. As amazing as Jessica was her male, older, colleague was equally as awful. He was embarrassing, rude, and disrespectful to her and to me. It was disgraceful to think that she couldn’t handle a situation with a potentially disgruntled customer. I was in control and she handled it beautifully. He needs to go work behind a computer screen where he’s not interacting with human beings. He is far from Costco material.
