I frequently this location regularly as it is down the road from my residence. Normally, there is a young male who pumps the gas. However, today, there was a heavy set guy dressed in a hoodie who was BEYOND RUDE!! I asked to be filled up with unleaded plus, but I meant Super,so I said sir, " I meant Super Unleaded. He got so short with me because I made a simple error. Most importantly, there wa a senior gentleman whose pump had stopped. He got out of the car and asked the guy for his card.This CRITON, literally, threw the older gentleman's card at him, and he had to pick it up off of the ground. This ENRAGED me! I asked for my card and told the CRITON that I would purchase my gas from another station. After purchasing gas from this location for years, I will NO LONGER give him my hard earned money!!

Just brought in my car for symptoms of hesitation and misfire, $1,700 tune up later the problem still remains, after being assured this was the cause and the problem would be fixed. Noticed the markup on parts was about double the street price. Bringing it to another shop, hopefully with better luck.

Why the ridiculous 145$ credit card hold to fill up my gas tank IN A CAR. I’d understand for trucks with a large capacity gas tank but for a car? Sometimes it can take up to 2 days to clear. Silly. Edit: interesting- I only use this card for gas. Delta is the ONLY place I get 145$ hold.

Did not follow my instructions I gave them not to do anything until they gave me an estimate but they claimed that they called me for two days and I didn’t reply so they went ahead and put on the new tire without my ok. My phone was working and did not see any messages. In the meantime they were $60 over the other estimate I got but when I picked up my tire rim they were rude and angry and saying that they’re there for us all the time and that firestone would not back me up if I needed them. The woman owner waved her fingers at me to get . Two men were there and did not even help me take the rim out and I’m 84 years old. That’s not the way to treat a senior citizen in Montvale especially if that’s where your businesses is.
