My 77 year old mom needs to use the bathroom and they denied it! They told me to keep driving that later I would find a park and there a public restroom. We were spending the weekend in Westhampton and decided to visit the shinnecock reserve, my mom had the urge to go to the bathroom and a person from the reservation Indicated that there was a gas station later. When we arrived I asked her to please let my mom use the bathroom. The owner said something that I did not fully understand, so I went out and told my mom to see if they were on the side of the building. (Almost always is) At that moment the owner came out and began to tell me something, I explained that my English is not very good, if you could tell me again. That's when I was sent to the park. I went back to tell my mother that I could not enter and I did not find her, I walked around the building and I did not see her either, behind me, this lady was also looking for my mother. I called my mom to her cell phone and she had entered the bathroom, ignorant of everything. They opened the bathroom door many times while she was there. The thing is, they did this because we're not Americans, but I've never had anything like this before. I have an excellent image of the American people, they have always been kind and willing to help, but these people do not deserve to be called that way.

Dropped my truck off for an oil change, $215! I simply asked for an oil change, they did extra work that we didn’t ask for! Also, the mechanic was sloppy, oil spilled all over the undercarriage to the point it puddles in my driveway. I try to always support local businesses, but I guess Jiffy Lube gets my business.

Bizarre hours. Attitude and reluctant customer service. When your just going about your day, and your path crosses with someone like this, it's bound to ruin it.
