This is not an Exxon gas station. No sign or anything about what gas station it was. This is a full service station. The guy came out talking on his phone. I had to tell him three time what gas was need him to pump. I had to watch him closely to make sure he doesn’t pump diesel into my car.

This morning, when I went into the Exxon gas station, remember this Exxon gas staion only offers full service. I asked for $25 of gas for my car, but the clerk filled up $45 without my permission and insisted on the higher amount. The employee's behavior was rude and felt like extortion to me. I was taken aback by the clerk's audacity in overstepping my request and then trying to force me to pay for the extra gas that I did not want or authorize. It was a frustrating experience that left me feeling disrespected and taken advantage of. It made me question the integrity of the service provided at that gas station and left a sour taste in my mouth.

Employee are very unkind manner. They are looking for 1dollar tip, that is why customers wants put their owne gas by themselves but employees are not cooperate and such kind of bad manner. There is no self-service pump at all.

Guy at the service station is a great help. I told him I had an issue with my Hyundai Santa Fe he said he'll check if there's a recall then he brought out a computer to Plug into my car. Said there's nothing wrong with CPU. Told me to go to dealer to get it examined to be certain. No charge.
