Got a propane tank from a couple of very nice men. Unfortunately, something ended up being wrong with the tank and it stopped working after a day, while there was still propane inside. It wouldn’t work on my propane stove or propane heater or refillable 1lb propane tank. I tried to take it back a couple days later and there were a couple of different men there who wouldn’t give me a refund or a discount on an exchange or admit any fault. They insisted that I used all of the propane overnight and it “wasn’t possible” that something was wrong with the tank. I also had to beg and plead with them to at least trade an empty tank for the one they gave me as I was trying to make it to Uhaul down the road for a propane refill when they closed in less than 10 minutes before they called the owner to ask if they could. These are very dishonest people. Please save yourself the time and money and go to one of the many other gas stations nearby to not be scammed.

There is no pressure gauge on the tire air machine. The guy at the pumps said "it's not his job" to help or even talk about it. He was pretty rude. Just be nice to people, dude :/

Why is the attendant talking on his cell phone and pumping gas? Huge safety hazard. Usually great service but this?! This is a no.

The U-Haul operation here specializes in scamming people. They will always try to hit you with additional charges. They tried to hit me with charges for damages even though I had insurance and the damage on the truck was documented prior to my rental. Also, the gas tank was full and they tried to tell me the tank was less than full. The fat woman at the counter was also rude. Take your business elsewhere.

These guys just stole money from me. I rented a U-Haul van and drove it exactly 10 miles with almost no idling. I returned it and they charged me for 4 gallons of gas, costing me about $10. Obviously I didn't burn 4 gallons in 10 miles so the prior renter left the tank slightly empty and you can never tell since it may say F even if there is another gallon or two to add. I told this to the guy who charged me and he said, "You don't understand how gas works, I've been in gas stations for 30 years." Haha yeah. It's hard to understand "how gas works". They he said "You don't like it, it's U-Haul problem." Crooks.
