I ask for $30 gas using my debit car and they not only took $30 from my account but also held $175 from my checking account. It’s been pending now for 3 days, bank can’t refund because it held in pending. I have no access to my cash. How is this legal ?

The gas pumps work more often than not. No food or snacks here. They do general repairs here. I wouldn't let them do much more than that.

I went here today to fill up my tank and asked for regular. They instead gave me supreme, costing me about $20 more than it should have. When I called them out on it, they admitted the mistake, and also verified I did ask for regular. Upon me requesting they refund me the difference in price, they flat out refused, even though it was their mistake. Their actual words to me were "What do you want us to do, remove the gas from your tank?"... this is technically theft, and I am now disputing the charge with my bank as a fraudulent charge. I will also be reporting them to the BBB. I understand that everyone makes mistakes, but the mistake of a business should NEVER cost a customer money out of their pocket. For shame, Exxon.
