Went there this morning and there was a deal on buying two items on the same items. I asked the cashier how do I apply for the loyalty card, he did not know how to do it. He called up the manager and said well do have any cards, I asked if they would honor the price since I was unable to sign for the card. He said no you need the loyalty card... Speak with another employee another time.

The lady with the missing tooth very rude and nasty when talking to customers she don’t have customer service etiquette at all. Other two workers were nice.

Convenient store for your needs. Need ice? You'll find it here. Need beer? Suprise, you will get it here as well. I think this is the only gas station so far in Mt Poconos that has beer. Friendly staff and clean place. I highly recommend it!

Save yourself the trouble of coming here. They had no signs on out of order pumps. Also the rudest employees, purchased 2 monster drinks from there and before leaving the premises wanted to exchange unopened drinks for 2 different ones. They proceeded to call us thieves and called the police! Meanwhile the drinks we wanted to exchange for was of lesser value and we didn’t even ask for the change back. They don’t even have signs stating their refund/exchange policies. So unprofessional the employees were even sharing vapes from other customers inside the store. And the bathroom outside is disgustingly filthy. I’ll just go to Wawa next time.
