The customer service at this place is horrible. I came in with a low tire pressure and asked the gas attendant to help me (I’m just a girl lol) and he was so standoffish. If you are busy, just say that instead of being so rude. I then went to the BP gas station in Cliffside Park and the gas attendant there helped me out and was super nice. This Exxon should learn basic customer service from them.

Good service at the fuel pump. But I do wish that they would post to prices of the other fuel options rather than giving you the low price of regular gas. The difference of regular to the very next upgrade was over a dollar. So that felt very misleading.

Attendant at the pump is rude and miserable. I’m just trying to get gas before going home late at night and he has the audacity to say I’m giving him an attitude when he can’t do his job properly. FYI if I’m going to use the app and you tell me to authorize it and decide to walk away until transaction times out and cancels, it’s not because my app isn’t working, it’s because you aren’t working. See if I ever come here again. I like Exxon, but im already in a CAR, I can drive to the next Exxon over. If you’re the owner of this establishment, I just want you to know that your attendant is essentially helping you throw away business.

An A-OK gas station with a fairly new, small snack and drink store. Also general mechanics performed and they do have a coin operated air pump that has served me well over many years.The staff in general, save for the younger guys could use a bit more cheer in their life. Most of the time they are extremely dry. Guys remember this is a service (customer) based business. People can buy gas anywhere else but here. That's all I have to suggest.
