Never been asked to show ID to buy lottery tickets. Honestly this the guy was looking at more than my age on my ID. Don't understand why it can't be scanned at the window. Not a safe spot to buy gas or anything else be very aware

I’ve had mostly pleasant experiences from this location until my last two visits. The employee named Krista was extremely nasty to me and has a really bad attitude. The scanner at the pump did not work so went over to the counter to ask her if I could use my Apple Pay at the register, she gave me a attitude and says she couldn’t do it because the pump was still open. So I went back over and pressed cancel at the pump. I then went back to the counter and to pay for my gas. After I paid I asked could if I could have a receipt. In a mean and hateful way she told me No!!! Get it from the pump! I’ve never had an issue getting a receipt at the counter from the other gentleman that worked there, she was just giving me a hard time. I then walked back over to the counter to get her name and went back over to get gas as she screamed out of the speaker have a nice day and something else mean and shut my pump off so I couldn’t get gas and didn’t come back to the counter so I could ask what was going on. I believe she did this on purpose to be mean. Thankfully I had enough gas to just go to another gas station. It’s really disgrace. I said nothing wrong to this lady and was not nasty to her the way she was to me this is the second time I have felt this horrible personality from “Krista” I will be reaching out to corporate to tell them my experience. It’s not right, I see others have had encounters like this with her and it should address. It’s unacceptable. Corporate will be hearing from me! I’m very disappointed because this was a convenient Exxon for me, but I will not be returning.

I was at the pump but the price didn’t match the sign. I realized what I did wrong and true to correct it. It would not. Just then a man and woman came out of no where. I looked at her. She was on phone , holding wallet and keys. Bright red hair. I said. Excuse me .., do you work here? She stares at me for like 3 sec and say. No. I just like to walk around the parking lot all day. I was speechless. In 52 years of working in service I was shocked. I left. Won’t be back. And from other reviews. She needs a talking too. Totally incompetent for a service job.

This has got to be the worst gas station I've ever gone too. Tonight the clerk said I'd have to wait 15 minutes because he has to mop, but he was just sitting outside near a shed. This same clerk turned all the station lights off while I was pumping gas about a month ago because he said "I'm closing in 15 min" I said I'll be done before then but he turned lights off after about 2 min. I've never been in an argument with this guy so it can't be personal.

Pump wouldn't operate for more than a few seconds. Went to the window to ask for some tips and the woman couldn't give me anything but attitude about how her pumps all work perfectly
