Bathroom was relatively clean and shelves were well stocked. Clerk seemed to be moving in slow motion, distracted, and mostly mumbled.

Great stop right off the interstate....Snacks, hoagies, fuel & restroom....Diesel as well. EXXON Rocks....!

I went to purchase some cigarettes at 11pm on 3/15/21 with my daughter. I parked in the far right corner of the entrance and stayed in the car waiting for my daughter. I didn’t want to block any of the pumps while I was there and didn’t notice the parking in the side. I just didn’t look that way I guess. The employee at this location looked at my car and saw my flag on the dash mirror and got very upset and told my daughter he wasn’t going to serve her and yelled at her to get out his store embarrassing her in front of everyone there. We left and it just didn’t sit right with me. I went back after about 10 minutes and went inside the store and grabbed some items that were in front of the register as if I was going to purchase them. I saw the employee filling up the cigarettes on a ladder and said to him can I please get 2 packs of Newport 100. He replied “can you at least wait till I get down” I said “ sir I’m sorry I thought since you were there instead of making you get down and come to the register to send you back for cigarettes was me being courteous of you. I said sir if you are having a bad day please don’t take it out on me. “ so he shakes his head and got down from the ladder grabbing the cigarettes and proceeded to ring up the items I had placed on the counter by this point you can only imagine how I’m feeling so I let him ring it all up and when he told me the total I told him I didn’t want none of the items. He cursed me out and threw me out the store and threatened to call law enforcement to have me removed. There were several customers in there that witnessed everything. He had tip jar in front of the register, so my tip to him is get some customer service courses because you have none and maybe some anger management classes as well. Sir you are a gas station minimum wage employee. You went to far and should not be working with the public. You seem like a danger to society. Behavior like this at a work place is not good business and I will not ever stop at this location again. I live in the area and frequently stopped in for gas and cigarettes. The one star is because there isn’t a zero star.

The gas is cheaper than many others in the area. The convenience store is okay. For all of the coolers, they only had one with soda in the back of the store. So not a great selection of diet for diabetics.

I am leaving this review because there was an incident with the employee and a customer. The employee was very much out of line. So out of line that I’m still talking about this with my husband. I left this place so nervous.😒 this lady walked in with what she said was her daughter and asked the employee for cigarettes. I was in the back of the store with my man when I here the employee scream at her can u at least wait till I get down from the ladder. I never heard her voice until after she made him ring up whatever she was buying. He rang it all up and she told him never mind and was telling him what he did was wrong earlier. From what I understood she was there earlier and parked somewhere she shouldn’t have and he refused to serve her. I don’t really know what happened before but he was definitely out of line how he screamed at her in the store. She said she was going to leave a review so I figured I would leave mine too. Check out the cameras. This didn’t need to go as far as it did. Oh and she said she recorded him screaming at her when she asked for the cigarettes.
